Shaping the Future of Work
Our Story
Cultivate People was born from a deep belief in the transformative power of people when given the right tools and environment to thrive. Our mission is to empower organizations to create workplaces where individuals feel valued, inspired, and aligned with a shared purpose. We envision a world where companies not only achieve their business objectives but also foster cultures of belonging, growth, and innovation. Our values of empathy, collaboration, and equity guide every interaction we have with our clients, ensuring that our solutions are not just effective, but also meaningful and impactful.
Our Purpose
We partner with organizations and individuals as they navigate the challenge of aligning people with purpose in a world where work is continuously being disrupted, redefined, and devalued. We help our clients:
1) rediscover purpose,
2) clarify mission,
3) reimagine the future, and
4) cultivate the people that will determine the future success of our organizations and communities.
Our Vision
We will see the renewal of work and its restoration to an integrated part of the human experience. People will flourish in their lives and their work, while exemplifying wellness and impact like never before. Through integration of purpose and productivity individuals and organizations will be cultivated to benefit their local communities in ways that that echo around the world.
Our Values

Stewardship: We believe in abundance, and reject scarcity mentality. Therefore, we steward all the resources we’ve been given with responsible and open hands (e.g., money, time, talent), preparing well for the ebbs and flows of our business cycle. We balance spending, saving, investing, and generosity.
Deuteronomy 28:12, Malachi 3:10, 2 Corinthians 9:8, 1 Peter 4:10
Renewal: We don’t fear change or disruption, and leverage them as catalysts to re-examine how we work and realign with purpose and mission. We work diligently to enable organizations and individuals to operate in a purpose-centered, renewed state.
Isaiah 40:31, Romans 12:12, Titus 3:3-8, Revelation 21:3-5
Integrity: We tell the truth to one another and our customers, prioritizing loving people well over turning a short-term profit or keeping false peace Purpose, Vision, and Values 2 among our team. We seek to create an intentional culture of openness and continuous improvement where people can be innovative, fail forward, challenge one another, and have fun.
Proverbs 12:22, Proverbs 28:6, Psalm 41:11-12, Hebrews 13:18
Community: We work collaboratively, and in community with others pursuing restoration, wellness, and wholeness for all our stakeholders, (especially those who have been marginalized). We work from rest, not for rest valuing people over productivity and profit.
Colossians 3:23-24, Proverbs 14:23, Galatians 6:2, Hebrews 10:24-25
Excellence: We strive to do all things well while knowing that “perfect is often the enemy of good”. Instead of trying to get everything right all the time, we focus on getting the most important things right, quickly testing our data-driven hypotheses, and using our learnings to build better solutions.
Mark 7:37, 2 Peter 1:3-4, Daniel 6:3, Philippians 4:8
